Technical Consultant EUC / Infrastructure - Remote

You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including networks, servers, storage, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Conduct on-site installation and configuration of hardware, including servers, networking devices, and storage systems.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation, such as configuration guides, infrastructure diagrams, and project handover materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet client expectations and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of End User computing (EUC), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) deployment, and physical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Proficiency in VMware and Citrix.
• Experience with deploying, racking, and cabling servers, networking, and storage hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues efficiently.
