Account Director – Cloud Sales – Remote

#TeamCandour are working with a thriving and multi-award winnder reseller to add an accomplished and driven Account Director to join their SAAS sales team focusing on all things in the Cloud.

This is a fully remote opportunity obviously requiring visits to client site when required for which they include a company car as part of their comprehensive benefits package – a generous OTE / commission is also on offer as you would expect.

With a large majority of associated clients based in the North of England they are focusing on candidates located within this vicinity.

The role:

The Account Director will report to the Sales Manager and be a pivotal point in managing

key accounts. These are considered major and strategic accounts, critical to business

growth so the role is ideal for someone with proven experience selling to and managing

complex channel accounts. This is a highly consultative role, so a considered approach, whilst maintaining a high output of activity is critical to success.

What you'll be doing:

• Generate sales among partner accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.

• Operates as the point of contact for assigned partners.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships.

• Build and execute business development account plans.

Key skills & experience:

• Proven experience in complex sales and/or account management.

• Account Management background or similar.

• Be tenacious, committed, and competitive.
